  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, Go Outside N Play ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska and Hawaii.

    Alaska and Hawaii customers note that all orders may be a subject to additional shipping charges and they are responsibility of the customer.

    We usually ship within 1-3 days after the payment is cleared.

    Go Outside N Play do not process orders on weekends and Holidays.  Delivery time does not include weekends and Holidays.

    Shipping Methods:

    • UPS, FedEx, USPS are available based on the product, manufacturer, and drop shipper.
    • Alaska and Hawaii customers please allow additional shipping time.
    • All orders are processed within 24-48 hours before shipping.
    • At this time we do not ship internationally.
    • All orders shipped within Colorado are charged sales tax 8.10%.

    Back Orders
    If for some reason the ordered item is out of stock we will notify you immediately via email and we will let you know when that item will be shipped again. You will have the option to wait for your item to arrive or cancel your order.

  • Return Policy

  • Returns

    If you are dissatisfied for any reason you may return any unused merchandise to Go Outside N Play within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.  Products kept over 30 days without a return request are considered final.  

     Terms and conditions:

    • The item has not been used
    • It is returned in unopened condition and returned in  an original packaging  
    • Merchandise returned will be a subject to 20% restacking fee that will be deducted from your refund or credit
    • All parts, warranties, instructions, etc are enclosed
    • The Buyer ship the returned  item to Go Outside N Play at buyers expense
    • All returns require the Return Authorization Number- please contact us  before sending any merchandise back to us
    • All Returns must include copy of our invoice as a proof of purchase
    • The item was not purchased more than 30 days after the invoice day

     Shipping Instructions for Returning Merchandise

     We recommend ship the return merchandise to be packed in a separate box.
    We are not responsible for returned merchandise that arrived damaged. We do not accept returns via C.O.D.  We suggest insuring the returned item.

    You may request order cancellation for the order that has not been processed and shipped.
